In these times of Covid19, it can happen that reservations must be altered or made last minute. We understand this and are always willing to cooperate to try and make things a little easier during these difficult times. Contact us if you have doubts.
Prices include bed linen and towels. Final cleaning. Pool and garden maintenance, fireplace-wood and use of internet Wifi.
In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you, or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result. A security deposit of 500 euro is required and will be returned within 14 days of the end of your holiday, less the cost of damage/breakages. We are convinced that you will treat our belongings as they were yours but accidents can happen. If this is the case we will deduct the costs of the damage from the deposit.
A non-refundable 25% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start, then your deposit will be forfeit.
Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full.
Special Covid-19 rules:
We offer a full refund to customers whose holidays could not go ahead due to government restrictions at the time of their holiday.
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Never leave children without adult supervision.
We can not be held responsible for the results of eventual accidents during your stay in Portugal at or around Quinta nova Rockanje
We strongly advise taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs and your stay at our holiday cottage.
